Orders are typically prepared 1-3 days. Each item is carefully packed before shipment.
Shipping
- Delivered via SF International or CNE Express from our China workshop.
- Estimated delivery: 6–10 days (Major holidays or severe weather conditions may cause delivery delays).
- Free shipping for all orders.
- Shipping areas: Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Spain, Italy, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom (4 of 5 regions, excludes British Forces), United States (53 of 62 states, excludes Alaska, Guam, Hawaii, Northern Mariana Islands, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, Armed Forces Americas, Armed Forces Europe).
Order Changes & Cancellations
- Check your shipping address carefully — changes are not possible after shipping.
- Cancellations allowed within 12 hours of purchase.
Payments
- Payment is captured only when your order ships.
- Authorization holds are standard bank procedures.
- Multiple-item orders may be charged separately.

Returns & Refunds
- 60-day return/exchange policy for eligible items.
- Return shipping is free for quality issues or incorrect items; otherwise, the customer pays for the shipping fee.
