Refund policy
We want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t right, we offer a 60-day return or exchange from the day you receive your order.
Eligible Returns
- Quality issues, damaged/missing parts, or wrong items: Free return label.
- Personal reasons (change of mind, wrong order): Customer covers return shipping.
- Special offer and custom items cannot be returned or exchanged for non-quality reasons.
European Union (EU) Customers – Right of Withdrawal
If you are located in the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without providing any reason.
The withdrawal period will expire 14 days after the day you receive your order.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by contacting us at support@waloraliving.com with a clear statement of your intent to return the item.
Once your withdrawal request is submitted, you must send the item back within 14 days.
How to Return or Exchange
Email support@waloraliving.com with your order number and photos/videos if needed. Approved returns will receive a label within 2 business days. Ship items back in original packaging within 14 days. Exchanges will get new tracking info within 2 business days.
Important Notes
- Items must be complete, unused, and undamaged.
- All returns require prior approval. Unauthorized returns may be rejected.

Full Refunds:
You are eligible for a full refund if:
Your order was canceled before shipping.
The item is defective or damaged.
Your package is lost in transit or never delivered. -
Partial Refunds:
If the item is returned for customer reasons (e.g., change of mind, wrong size/model ordered), the original shipping fee will be deducted from your refund. - Refunds are processed within 3 business days after approval, but your bank may take additional days to complete the transfer. If you do not receive the refund within 15 days, please contact us and your bank.
