Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders cannot be modified after shipping. Please check all details carefully before placing your order. You may request cancellation within 12 hours of ordering.
How do I apply a discount code or promotion?
If a discount code is available, it will be shown on the product page. Enter it at checkout. For direct discounts, the checkout price already reflects the promotion.

Where do you ship and how long does delivery take?
We ship from our China workshop via SF International and CNE Express. Delivery usually takes 6–10 days, rarely exceeding 15 days. Delays may occur due to severe weather or major holidays.
Do you offer free shipping?
Free shipping for all orders.
How can I track my order?
After shipping, you’ll receive a tracking number by email. Track your package at 17track.net.
Returns & Exchanges
Can I return or exchange items?
Eligible items can be returned or exchanged within 60 days.
Who pays return shipping?

We use walnut and other premium solid woods, crafted for durability and elegance.
How should I care for my products?
Maintain with wood wax oil. Items in contact with food can be treated with olive oil.
